The Supported Employment Program provides services to adults with an intellectual disability in attaining and maintaining jobs within the community, taking into consideration the person’s interests and personal goals. These jobs are inclusive of paid work, work experience, and self employment. This service promotes pride, respect, satisfaction and value both to the employee with an intellectual disability, and the employer.
The Supported Employment Program offers assistance through job coaching, and regular follow-up to people registered in this program to learn and carry out the responsibilities associated with competitive employment.
Supported Employment offers candidates classroom employment training, and supported employment placement to gain valuable work experience.

Consultation and on the job training which are provided by our Job Coach at no cost to the employer. Support in applying for wage subsidies.
