Helping adults 18 years or older with a developmental disability get involved in their community and live as independently as possible.

The Passport program provides funding for community participation supports, daily living activities and person-directed planning. It also provides funding for caregiver respite services and supports for primary caregivers adults with developmental disabilities.

Families can choose to purchase services from Community Living Glengarry with Passport or personal funds.

Passport funding helps families and caregivers access quality services provided by experienced and certified staff. These services contribute to the lives of people with a disability by:

  • Facilitating the creation of friendships
  • Allowing for learning, growth and exploration
  • Creating opportunities for meaningful community involvement
  • Increasing independence
  • And much more
